2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of NOVAX Material & Technology Inc Looking to the world and foreseeing a bright future

Nicholas Yang said that the meaning of the main product AdBlue® means advanced chemical for "creating the blue sky". In addition to continuing to lead the automotive AdBlue® market in the future, it is expected to expand the territory of gas stations to 500 by the end of 2024. The new circular economy business dismantles waste mattresses for reuse, the development of new fuels is also proceeding smoothly to practice ESG, and become the pioneer of ESG.
